Let's Try This One More Time

One of the reasons I started this blog was to inspire me to lose some pounds! What I'm trying this time is recording everything I eat into My Fitness Pal and exercising. Today, October 1st is the first day. I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds by Thanksgiving...Maintain through the holidays...Then start the New Year with only like another 5 to go. That's reasonable right??

 
 
Snacking is definitely the hardest thing to cut out for me ... Well that and Diet Mountain Dew. But, I'm making a new start today and hopefully those dang Butterfingers will quit calling my name. I feel like the Coyote when he envisions the Roadrunner all cooked up and ready to eat. Except I'm doing it in reverse. Trying to make those cucumber slices be as yummy as a cookie!
 
 
 
 
Guess I will go eat dinner now. Baked cod and sweet potato. That sounds pretty good!!
